I usually venture to this location as it’s on my route to work after I drop off my daughter but YEP WON’T BE GOING THERE ANYMORE!!!
I’ll just go to another one that’s out of the way.
Today I really needed my White Chocolate Mocha and their sign was confusing as they pretty much should have just said, «We only have cold drinks». If I would have known that or if the sign would have read that when I walked in, I would have walked right out, no harm no foul… instead of waiting like 10 minutes to be told, «Our steamer doesn’t work».
Again another lesson about customer service. Didn’t get an «apologize for the inconvenience» and I guess someone or people there needs a lesson on how to be explicit.
Lesson of the day: If all you have are cold drinks, please put on your sign: WE ONLY HAVE COLD DRINK, SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.

Went here everyday this week bc I’m on a diet & they have the sugar free syrups. In this week the espresso machine was down one day, no regular tops only dome tops, out of soy milk only coconut milk, out of long straws only short straws. One of these incidents, no big deal – but all in 4 days?! Bye Felicia. Starbucks you charge WAY too much to be so below average.

This Starbucks is on my way to work so the location is perfect, unfortunately the service Is continually the worst that I’ve experienced at any coffee shop. Unexpectedly closed without reason, or not opened on time. Their staff is fairly fluid so their drinks lack consistency in how they are made.
I’ve come here fairly often in the past in hopes service will improve, but today’s sudden closure without reason will have me taking the long way to work if I plan on getting coffee.

I was a really unhappy the way they serve me I ask the lady I want 2 espresso shot and 3 pumps of white mocha and a venti cup ice with caramel drizzle around it. The other lady who did the coffee for me did it all wrong and say it should have a name for it but it really don’t. I want to get what I like. Instead of caramel drizzle she put whip cream on top and she say it shouldn’t be in a venti cup. I am very disappointed.

The only starbucks that I’ve been to, that when they mess up your drink, they don’t make you a new one. They just keep adding or scooping out of your wrong one… stay away, there is a real starbucks just down the street.
