Cracked my phone today so I called to see if they could fix it. The woman on the phone was rude and seemed to blow off my questions. I saw online that I would have plenty of time to get there after work so I went and got there at 7:20. I was then told(rudely I might add) that tech closed at 7 and wouldn’t be back till morning. Everyone seemed really apathetic this evening. Service is usually pretty good but is really lacking today. Disappointed.

i was very impressed with the know how and helpfulness of the employees at this store. Seth was very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns that couldn’t not be addressed at previous store locations. A little out of my way but worth the drive.

Unethical! I added a flip phone to my account for my son and asked for the basic $ 30 plan. They added the full data and unlimited talk/text to my account which ended up costing more than my other son’s iPhone. Who would want to pay for data on a flip phone??? When I got the bill that was a very unwelcome surprise. I got the charges reversed, but feel that I was taken advantage of by a greedy salesperson.

This store sent out a coupon for a free car charger. You can only get it from this store. I went. To the store twice and I called a number of times and they never seem to have the charger. I think its a scam, but they never asked me what charger I needed or anything. They just told me they did not have any and to come back Monday. I called sprint and still no charger. So now I have given up, may on sprint. Been a customer for over 15 years they say 10 but I spent some time with nextel when sprint bought them. But when our contract was over it seems we started all over again. I want this store to take me off their mailing list. Because I pass by a sprint store to get to this one. So I am done! #buymyowndamncharger
