This business is a joke. I got a membership during one of their months there was no membership fee. Right after, before ever even using my membership, I found out I was pregnant and did not want to take on the risks associated with tanning beds. I went in to cancel my membership 1 – 2 weeks after starting it and was told I was unable to cancel it until I had already been billed for 2 months. I was not told this when signing up for my membership, and also they advertise«no contracts, no gimmicks»…which is obviously untrue. So I asked the girl helping me to write my name down in their book for the owner to call me when she returned on Monday. The owner never contacted me. So I waited until after it billed me again and I went in to cancel my membership. The following month I got billed again. So I went back in and told the girl working this and she told me you have to cancel at least 30 days before you want to end your membership. So if I can’t cancel before I’m billed twice I automatically get billed a third time? How does this make any sense? When I never even used my membership a single time because of medical reasons? So once again I had the girl write my name and contact information down for the owner to call me, and it’s been days and Heather has yet to follow up. And she won’t. This place has very poor management and try to scam their customers and just hope that they will give up the fight when they are continuously ignored. If I could give south beach tanning 0 stars I would. I feel bad for the girls that work there. They seem nice, and they were probably trained this way by the owner.
