What a refreshing new experience for dental work! This is a very thoughtful, patient centered facility. Dr. Byrd and her team have crafted every detail to give you a comfortable, stress free experience. You will truly be distracted with the plethora of Netflix options, massaging chair and epic «skyview’s» of Charlotte. Dr. Byrd is a true professional, very skilled and knowledgeable at what she does. I received 2 fillings using the laser technology (no direct numbing) and it was so quick and painless. The cleaning was wonderful and all assistants were equally knowledgeable and dedicated. They asked the right questions and gave me great advice. Thank you guys for looking after me with such care and professionalism!

Dr. Byrd and her staff are so amazing! From the moment you walk into their modern office you are greeted with smiling faces to care that Dr. Byrd shows for every patient.
I needed to get a few fillings done but didn’t want to be numb for the entire day so once I found out that Dr. Byrd uses a laser that doesn’t require numbing I was sold.
I was truly impressed with Dr. Byrd and Melody and how in sync they were during the procedure, you can certainly tell they both are extremely good at what they do!
I will definitely be back and would tell everyone that you need to see Dr. Byrd and her team!
Oh and they validate parking at the Epicenter so that helps too!

Nice clean settings. Great servings of water juice & coffee!!! Welcoming beautiful staff & very patient/​helpful. Dentist/​workers are the best they asked many questions for the comfort of my procedure. Watched a little HD Netflixed while getting my procedure done also! So in saying allllll of this! The staff at Skyview Dentistry was incredible. Everyone was so nice and accommodating, especially to someone who isn’t even from Charlotte! I can’t wait to go back to Skyview, and I never thought I would say that about a Dentist office!

I’ve been to many different dentist offices, but this was the best yet. They have a modern interior, that is very inviting, has all the latest tech, and makes you super comfortable while you’re getting a cleaning (can you say massage chair?).
My hygienist got stains off and did the usual cleaning without with no discomfort. She was also really professional but nice and made me feel welcome and relaxed.
The dentist came within a very short time after the cleaning was done, and was also very personable and professional.
Definitely looking forward to my next cleaning.

I was actually looking for a new dentist. I’m sooooo glad I came across this one. Was even happier that they were accepting new patients. And happiest when I found out they were open on Saturdays (what a convenience) I was surprised at how professional and thorough they were. The staff is friendly. Also, for someone who suffers from anxiety, I had NONE at all while I was there. I felt nothing but calm the minute I walked in to the minute I left. Oh, and the views are to DIE for and the Netflix and massage chairs doesn’t hurt either. You better believe I’ll be recommending all of my friends/​family! If I could give this 1000 stars, I would!!!

Dr. Byrd did an amazing job at examining and cleaning my teeth. The staff there is extremely friendly and the environment couldn’t have been more comfortable, the view was especially awesome!

I saw Dr. Byrd for a dental cleaning. I moved to Charlotte in August 2015 and this was my first dental visit. A lot of people are somewhat edgy or nervous about going to the dentist. I was nervous because I didn’t know this practice. Not anymore! When I walked into the office, the staff greeted me with a smile and a good morning. They were extremely friendly and offered me a drink. As soon as I sat down, the dental hygienist came to take me in for a preliminary set of X-​rays and take me to the room where my cleaning was to be done. When I got into the room and got situated, she asked if I wanted to watch Netflix. What?! I can watch Netflix while getting my cleaning?! Awesome!!! Then she asked if I wanted her to turn on the massage chair. I was just amazed. I have never been to a dental office with amenities. The room I was in also had a nice view of the Epicenter. The cleaning was painless. I hardly knew anything was happening. I even had chipped a tooth two days before my visit that I was nervous about. Both the hygienist and the dentist made sure to be careful around that tooth. I would highly recommend this office to anyone whether you need a dentist, you’re looking for a change, or even if you have a dentist you love. These guys are just amazing. I can’t say it enough. THEY ARE AMAZING!!! I will be going there and recommending anyone I meet to go there. Did I mention THEY’RE AMAZING!!! Absolutely phenomenal.

I cannot rave enough about how amazing Dr. Byrd and her staff are for making this office an absolute MUST! Netflix during the cleaning… awesome, the ease of X-​rays and teeth cleaning… great… the knowledge and friendliness of the staff… perfect!
You know that horrible feeling when the metal tool scrapes against your teeth and makes your gums bleed? Well, Skyview Dentistry has an amazing tool that does not even cause any discomfort during the cleaning process. While watching Netflix and getting a massage from the comfy chair, the Dental Technician cleaned and polished my teeth with zero discomfort. Then Dr. Byrd came in and did a full analyzation of my teeth x-​rays. Not only that but they give you an indication of the future of your teeth and refer you to an orthodontist if need be.
If it couldn’t get any better, at the end of the visit, they told me exactly how much it would cost to get my cavities filled on the next visit before scheduling, which is equivalent to any other dental office.
This office is a no brainer to switch to. I am so excited to tell people that this is MY DENTIST.

Skyview Dentistry is amazing! Dr. Byrd and her staff are wonderful– a professional, friendly, put-​you-​at-​ease team. I had 3 cavities, and Dr. Byrd used a laser instead of the usual numb-​your-​mouth-​and-​drill-​into-​your-​teeth method. I can’t recommend it highly enough– so much better than the old way! It didn’t hurt. I felt something a couple of times; no pain, just sensation. (I have a low pain tolerance, so I’m not downplaying it) Dr. Byrd noticed almost before I did, turned down the intensity, and continued on while I again felt nothing at all. When finished, there was no sensitivity or discomfort. I am telling my family, friends, and even coworkers to go to Dr. Byrd! The practice itself is gorgeous, and more than comfortable. I watched netflix while lying in a massage chair with a skyline view during my appointment. I almost forgot I was at the dentist! Thank you Dr. Byrd and team for the best dental experience of my life.

I have already recommended several of my friends and work associates about Skyview Dentistry!!! Everything about Skyview is Amazing!!! Where do I start… First, the location on the 4^th floor of the Epicenter is astounding!!! I double dare you to look out of the window. Then the professionalism of the staff assistants were so pleasant and welcoming. Then there is the professionalism of in my opinion the greatest dentist in the state Dr. Seti Yemane-​Byrd who always makes every effort to carefully explain or least let you know what to expect. Even if you have a dentist that you see on a regular basis do yourself a favor and make an appointment at Skyview!

This was by far THE BEST dentist visit I have ever had! First of all — Skyview’s office is beautiful — very clean, elegant, and innovative. All of their staff is extremely friendly and professional. And not to mention — how great is it that you can watch whatever you’d like on Netflix WITH Bose noise cancelling headphones! But I’m sure you’re asking yourself — how in the world can you watch a show while your teeth are being cleaned and not get a mist of water in your eyes?!? Well — let me just tell you — they hand you a cute pair of turquoise rimmed glasses to shield you from the water so that your Netflix watching experience isn’t interrupted. Seriously?!? They thought of everything! My cleaning was over before I knew it and I must say — I wish it had lasted longer so I could finish my show. :) How often can you say that you wish your dentist appointment lasted longer?!?
And of course I have to mention Dr. Byrd. She is very kind and does an excellent job of conveying what her recommendations are for future dental work. And instead of just telling you what she thinks needs to be done — she shows you in your mouth what her concerns are and thoroughly explains what could be done about it and why. It was very refreshing to talk with a dentist who truly seemed to care about the current and future health of my teeth.
Skyview Dentistry really has found a way to take the fear out of going to the dentist and even makes it an enjoyable experience. You will feel very welcomed, relaxed, and cared for during your appointment. I HIGHLY recommend going to Skyview for all of your dental needs!

Probably the BEST experience I have ever had while going to the dentist. Being able to watch Netflix while getting my procedures done was the best touch ever. Not hearing any of the drilling, power washing, or scraping of the teeth will keep me coming back. The staff is amazing and are willing to work with you and hectic schedules. I’ll be back :-)

If you’re looking for a great convenient dentist uptown, look no further! This place will have you in and out in no time. The staff is very friendly and professional, the place is clean and well kept, and the view is awesome! They have validated parking, a complete entertainment system with noise cancelling headphones and Netflix, great teeth whitening, and they even have a state of the art laser which is painless and replaces the traditional «drill»! Highly recommend these guys!

My experience with Dr. Byrd (and all of the staff) was top tier. Friendly, courteous, and professional in all aspects of my visit.
The environment is comfortable, especially with Netflix. I recommend 117%.

Dr. Byrd and her staff are exceptional. The quality of treatment you will receive at Skyview is unparalleled — before today, I had never even seen a dentist do full periodontal charting, but Dr. Byrd leaves no stone uncovered. The Netflix, the view, the massage chairs, and the swanky office décor are all just added bonuses to receiving truly expert care for your pearly whites.

I usually hate going to the dentist, but this was by far the best experience possible. Thanks to Netflix and the view I didn’t even notice that my teeth were being cleaned! Dr. Byrd and her staff are great!!!

First Class. Dr. Byrd and her staff are upping the game on the patient experience — atmosphere, Netflix /​Bose headphones and best of all, Dr. Byrd does the cleaning as well as the exam! For someone who has never particularly enjoyed going to the dentist, I look forward to my next visit.

Just had my first visit at Skyview today and I can tell you it was an experience like none other. It was one of the most beautiful offices I have ever been to. They have water, juice boxes, and coffee in the waiting room. When they take you to the back they have a TV with Netflix at your access and Bose noise canceling headsets to make your visit more enjoyable and the staff is extremely friendly. The doctor was great and I honestly cannot imagine going to another office now they they set the bar so high! I highly recommend Skyview!
