I closed on a property in spring of 2014 with this office. There were typos in the spelling of names in the paperwork they had me signed. I asked them to correct the names. I have been contacting the office back and forth and nothing has been done. I paid a lot for closing costs and am now stuck with misspelling on a property deed– which will lead to issues in the future when I try to resale. It’s January 2015. The last I heard from the office was in October 2014 that they were going to fix it. Still nothing.

Simmons and Associates did the closing on my house. While there were some bumps with the paperwork (apparently there are *always* bumps), it was handed professionally and as speedily as possible. I have no complaints.
