Savvy and Company

We just bought our first house, and Brittni Multi was our realtor. As 22 year olds, we were completely clueless about how to go about this. At first we met with a realtor from a different agency who did not take us seriously at all. We dumped him and came to Savvy because our last rental went through them. What a difference! Brittni was the best, and her partner Debe was great too.
I liked working with Brittni because she was only a bit older than us, so I felt like she understood our needs perfectly. When we went to see houses, she had suggestions for renovations that appealed to our modern tastes.
The close of the house could have gone better by no fault of anyone involved. The owners forgot to include an important key to a room that contained some shutoff valves we needed on asap. When we noticed a few days after the closing, I texted Brittany and asked if she could help us. A few hours later the keys appeared on our porch! Amazing. We’ll be Savvy customers forever now; they will never be able to get rid of us :)

This review is about Brittni Muti, one of Savvy & Co’s realtors out of the Ballantyne office. When we were trying to choose a realtor for our move from Texas to North Carolina, we had discussions with a few realtors, all of whom were just typical salespeople. I wouldn’t say any of them were BAD, per say — just typical. We decided to give Savvy a try, as we had worked with them a couple of years ago, but had decided then to wait a while before buying. I’ve never been happier with a decision! For starters, Brittni has been absolutely phenomenal. She’s nice, energetic, very knowledgeable about the area and the home buying process (more so than most realtors I’ve worked with), and she is more helpful than probably any person in a sales role we’ve met. She goes way out of her way on a regular basis, and she has fought tooth-​and-​nail to ensure that the transaction we’re getting into is a fair one. She is exactly the type of person you want to have on your side when you’re looking to buy (or likely sell) a home. This all extends to the rest of the team at Savvy, as well — all of the support we have had from them during this home buying process has been nothing short of phenomenal, with every interaction. I honestly believe that we would not have been able to handle this transaction without them!

I haven’t even finished a purchase yet but my agent Cristina Grossu has been fantastic. I flew in to Charlotte to look at a number of places in a couple of days and she was able to show me 30+ places within the short time frame. She’s stopped me from adding things into an offer that exposes me to too much risk; genuinely having my best interest in mind! If you need a realtor in Charlotte, I recommend her:

Ask for Sarah Martin… she’s awesome! Loved her professionalism and loved that I could joke around with her as well! She’s really good at finding the right home in the right neighborhood that will fit your needs. The offices of Savvy are super cute! Old remolded home in Elizabeth.

This review is really about Jeff King, one of the agents at Savvy.
Jeff helped us find a house in Plaza Midwood, and simultaneously helped us sell our last house, also in Plaza Midwood. We wound up finding a great house only a block and a half from our old one.
Jeff really impressed us with his knowledge of the state of Plaza Midwood real estate. He specializes in this area and it showed.
He also bent over backwards to make things run smoothly, and was in constant contact with every development.
In the end, what could have been a very stressful ordeal went very smoothly. We closed on the sale of our old house days after moving into the new one. Without Jeff’s guidance, I doubt that would have been possible.

I have so many great things to say about Shonn Ross and Savvy + Co. I don’t think there is enough room here in Unilocal.For me as a seller in a really difficult market, I greatly appreciate how Shonn Ross helped me to make certain that my house was ‘staged’ properly and that everything was ‘inspection ready’. Shonn Ross stressed the importance of having the house ready to show before the first potential buyer even set foot in my house. Seven weeks after my listing went live on the Internet I had a qualified buyer with a solid offer. The sale of my house closed a few weeks later. Shonn Ross’s extensive knowledge of marketing and use of the Internet to promote the listings of Savvy and Co, puts this company ahead of other area realtors. The real difference though is that Shonn Ross and Savvy and Company have a strong work ethic and attention to detail, making things run smoothly. Finally, their experience and ability to problem solve allow for a rewarding experience for both the buyer and the seller.

The realtors at Savvy + Co are top notch! They are extremely personable and will bend over backwards to help you find your dream home. They are first in the market for trend-​setting however, still manage to maintain a down-​to-​earth work mentality. My favorite realtor would be Eileen Nelis! She is extremely thorough as well as a fantastic listener. She will walk you through the entire process of home buying to make sure you feel confident and knowledgeable with your final decision.
