Never thought I would review a Dentist! Until now my initial visit with Dental practices was met with skepticism. Tuesday was my first visit, exam, and Dental Cleaning with Dr. Lloyd and his staff and so far I’m impressed. Dr. Lloyd’s diagnosis was extremely conservative in what dental procedures need immediate attention, compared to the last three Dental practices I have used in Charlotte in the last eight years. The Dental chairs are extremely comfortable «memory foam» like comfortable! Every Dental office should do everything reasonable to make each patient as comfortable as possible. I was made very comfortable!
Dr. Lloyd and his staff are the most Professional Dental practice I have seen, anywhere so far!!! The Hygienist and Receptionist were exceptional!!! One thing I appreciate in service is people being kind, friendly, gentle and helpful and still not chatty. This is a professional team!
