Normally I love Rack Room and can easily drop $ 100…this store just doesn’t deliver. They had very limited national brands, athletic or otherwise, and lots of plastic-y flat shoes and sandals of shoddy quality. Customer service seemed like they were trying, but this location needs an overhaul asap.

I was asked if I needed help by four different employees in the one minute I was there. This did nothing but make me rush out as quickly as possible. They also had a horrible selection of shoes.

I stopped in Rack Rooms last week to pick out some new tennis shoes. Sadly, they were sold out of my size in most of the shoes I was interested in. They said that they could order my size and ship to the house for free though, if I wanted. However, I finally found a pair that I liked in my size so I didn’t need to take them up on their offer. They always have sales and coupons, so you can find some pretty good deals.
