Quick ‘n Clean Dry Cleaning & Laundry

Staying at a hotel in Uptown CLT. They came to my hotel room to pick up my wash & fold and dry cleaning. Turn-​around was two days. Great quality and great prices. Communication was great as well.

I found Quick ‘n Clean through a local Unilocal search of Charlotte as I just moved to the area a few months ago and didn’t know of any reliable dry cleaners. The reviews sold me.
Setting up the appointment to have my things picked up and the actual pick up was quick and easy (I’d like to mention that there was no formal cataloguing of my items; they were placed in a bag and loaded into the van). Jonathan was very professional and informed that I would receive an invoice through email and we could then set up a delivery date/​time. I was in a bit of a rush as I was leaving for a trip within 4 – 5 days (it was the weekend before Thanksgiving), but Jonathan was kind enough to make sure my items were delivered before I left (within minutes, really).
Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended.
As I mentioned, I only had minutes before leaving for my trip and so I didn’t have time to really go through my items. When I returned I noticed one of my coats was missing. I contacted Jonathan through text and he immediately recognized the coat I was speaking of. We attempted to set up a delivery date, but somehow lost touch for a day, and so it was delivered two days later. I was okay with this, and still would have given the company 5 stars, now that I had my coat.
The incident that lead to my 2 star rating, however, occurred most recently. Last week I was getting ready to go to a business dinner and wanted to wear my winter peacoat; one that was dry cleaned by said service. After buttoning the buttons, I went to tie the belt and noticed it was missing – an accessory I never removed as a I never had reason to. I checked the pockets but to no avail. I contacted Jonathan through email on ¹⁄₁₄ with a description of the belt and a picture of the coat. It is exactly one week later, 1/​21, and I have not received a reply.
To be honest, I still wouldn’t be as upset about this matter as I am IF the value of the coat wasn’t so high. However, to not even respond to an inquiry is unprofessional.

Very professional, reasonably priced fluff n fold service. I will use them any time I’m in Charlotte in the future. Jonathan was very punctual and professional. Picked up my clothes from the hotel and returned them the next morning folded as neatly as possible.

Quick Service. Next day pick up and next day delivery. My washing machine died so I needed wash and fold service.
They came and picked up at the door so I didn’t have to leave my clothes outside and hand delivered the next day. Great communication via text as well to schedule.
Will use again until the new washer comes and will use going forward for my large items and dog beds.

When it comes to my clothes, I am extremely particular. Quick’n Clean has exceptional service. From the manner in which customers are spoken to, to the quality work done by this company. From now on, Quick’n Clean will be my dry cleaning service. Did I mention they have free pickup & delivery? Best dry cleaning service in the Queen City!

Johnathan was very responsive to my requests to pick up and drop off my dry cleaning. They were quick and easy to deal with. At one point they forgot one minor detail and quickly corrected the issue in time for me to catch my flight the next day. I highly recommend this company!

The service and price are absolutely too good to be true! The owner was very flexible with my pickup time and location. He came right to my hotel and dealt with the front desk. If I had any questions, I could ask by text! When I got my clothes they were so neatly packaged, I thought it was Christmas. Just treat yourself to this affordable service and you won’t regret it!

This is a great service and very professional owner. We had a plumbing issue and needed to get some laundry done. Rather than sit at a laundromat for hours– I called quick n clean and they picked up the laundry within a few hours and dropped off the clean clothes the next day. They were folded more neatly than I knew was possible– what a treat!

I’m a repeat customer of Quick N Clean dry cleaners and couldn’t be happier! They will continue to be my service provider of choice for both dry cleaning and wash and fold laundry. I really appreciate the flexibility of their pick up and delivery times. I don’t like when I have to sit in traffic commuting to work and then on top of that, stop by the cleaners to drop off dry cleaning, they look up my account, sort through my clothes, provide the cost — and then I get back into traffic, which by now has increased. Now to pick up the dry cleaning — this process is repeated, which can be inconvenient. I have tried to find cleaners en route, but Quick n Clean’s delivery service and quality is a great solution for busy commuters like me. I just go online, choose the services that I need, the day and time that I want pick up and delivery– and they do the rest! This service is so great, they will come directly to wherever you specify to pick up your items for dry cleaning and/​or laundry. Clothes arrive quickly, clean and neat!!!

Our washing machine broke and clothes quickly ran low with 2 boys in the house. I decided to try Q&C because their prices beat the others in town, plus, FREE pick up and delivery! The clothes were picked up and delivered back the next day neatly folded. He even gave me a bag for future services and a few reference cards. Love this place!
