The staff here is very friendly and straightforward with you — they’ll tell you if an item is likely to go on sale, if a particular fabric is good for your needs, and if they think you should look to another item in the store when you come shopping for something in particular. They’re not the fastest on the register, but most people don’t go into a Pottery Barn looking to dart in and out quickly.

Pottery Barn is a «must» for any home decorating need. They have classic decorating styles to suit any room in your home… even if it is a decorative faux plant or a jewelry box for your special someone!(Which I love mine… with a fancy«F» engraved in the glass.) This location is a bit out of the way for me. I found that their policy on shipping things isn’t the best… or at least it wasn’t clarified well for me. I purchased some curtain panels during their sale and the location near me was out by 1. The employee told me that they don’t ship and I would have to go north to pick it up. Thankfully, Northlake held my item. The employees here are not as immediately friendly as the employees in SouthPark. Typically I am greeted promptly and asked if they can help me at SP, but here the greeting felt a bit forced. Ah, well, it didn’t stop me from getting what I need. All in all, this company has quality items. While I wouldn’t go back to this store, just based on location alone, I will keep a line item open in my budget to support my home décor fetish… Pottery Barn, you haven’t seen the last of me.
