Pear Tree & Company provides design services for residential, commercial and hospitality projects in the Greater Charlotte, NC area. From base line design concepts to full consultation, (including assistance locating your new home or office) we are here to provide any design services you may need. Our design services are backed by years of experience designing high end residential spaces, commercial offices, healthcare environments and even custom product development.

Meet the Business Owner

Toby P.

Business Owner

Principal designer, Toby Partridge, attended the University of Florida School of Design, Construction and Planning and received a Bachelor of Design, in Interior Design, Magna Cum Laude. She has been published in the IDEC Journal of Research as part of the University Scholars Program. Her mastery of design has been cultivated through her experiences in high-​end residential interiors, commercial projects, healthcare environments and product development. Exposure to these diverse areas of interior design provides a unique view of spatial relationships and is the qualifying element that she utilizes to drive all of her projects.
