Things started out oddly when I gave Janet my address and then she asked me for directions to my house. I thought she should have had a GPS or something for that since knowing where to go seems to be a big part of the job. At a minimum, she should have looked them up online. Then, when she came to my house for a consultation, she was confused about the days was she was to come even though we’d previously discussed them. While I was gone, she only called twice even though we’d agreed during the consult that she’d call me every day. She had my cats’ names mixed up and one of them never took to her. I think my cats were taken care of OK and I guess it was nice of her to take their pictures and put them on her FB page but I don’t feel comfortable enough to use her again.
