The sun and Nikki do not mix. My name should be snowflake. I’ve had about 20 moles removed since I was 17 years old.(some of these done by my dermatologist in Bristol, VA) When I moved to Charlotte, one of my first priorities was to make sure I found a good dermatologist. Dr. Parsons came highly recommended by several people. The most important thing you need to know: it takes a long time to get an appointment. Make one sooner rather than later and expect to measure the wait in months… especially if you’re looking to get an initial scan/check of your moles and freckles. Dr. Parsons is so nice. Great bedside manner. He always thoroughly explains everything. I can be a bit of a wuss sometimes when it comes to doctor-type stuff. I always feel comfortable here. I’ve been through a little bit of everything. Mole removals, outpatient surgery, he even fixed me up after a dog ripped out my belly button piercing. Yes, that seriously happened. Don’t worry, it didn’t hurt. This is what happens when a crazy Jack Russell is sitting in your lap and see a squirrel. They also have the palm scan thing here for check-in. Pretty cool. They also validate parking for the deck. The building and parking can be a little bit confusing. I highly recommend you go early in case you have any problems.
