So where do I begin, I’m all for second chances. Mr. Fasil reached out to me and apologized for the inconvenience of yesterday. Being that I was really looking forward to getting a Henna tattoo, I took him up on the offer of giving them a second chance. We made an appt., and even called with a heads up that we were stuck in traffic. He and his wife were nothing but kind and extremely pleasant. Naserah (spell check) did a great job and she even freestyled a little on my cousins’ tattoo. She’s extremely efficient and quick. She even gave us tips on how to care for the henna and make it last longer. I look forward to their return from India in Oct. My cousins and I are definitely future customers. Great customer service is suppose to wow the customer. Thanks a bunch!
