Visited their website to take a peek at the(rental) properties. They had their email contact so considering I wont be moving out until late next month I decided to just write a quick synopsis of what I was looking for and the reply I received was just a link. No explanation– nothing! To make things worse It was the same link I received the email address from. Ok, no problem this must be an automatic response so this is what I wrote back: Do you have any other assistance you can help me out with other than the link? His response «Me personally, no unless you would like to pay me a retainer of 500USD.» Friendly… I don’t think so Michael. I couldn’t imagine he would be worth his $ 500 retainer… because he certainly had no idea what costumer service is.
