We love to list and sell homes. One of our last listings had 5 offers in 36 hours– no that is not everyone, but it was our «Coming Soon» program working as it should!

On the Buy side we work with First Home Buyers and Relocations, On the List side, we help people in transition, selling their homes and helping them move on to the next phase of their life.

We love South Charlotte and Union County– I work with first home buyers in Sedgefield, Madison Park, Dilworth, Southpark, and Uptown. Often a re locating family takes us to Ballantyne, Marvin, Waxhaw and Weddington.

I love Lake Norman and the great areas around it– Huntersville, Cornelius and Davidson especially. If it is in season, I’ll take you out on a deck boat for a Lake Norman tour by water!

Our goal has always been to have our clients be happy the day they move in, but also a year later, comfortable in their decision. Sometimes we need to move quickly, and we will, while other clients take a longer, and we work with each at their pace. Once we are told of a property of interest, then we move swiftly and professionally. A great home in a terrific community is what we are all looking for– and then getting it as a good deal as well!

History

Established in 2006.

I began my real estate career while in college, selling a million dollars of new homes before my 21^st birthday. Fast forward 25+ years to 2004 and I began a career in residential real estate, determined to build it on the web. Now, 9 years later I lead a small but skillful group of real estate agents dedicated to their client’s interests, and committed to adding value in every transaction.

I am a top five broker for Wilkinson and Associates, now the 2^nd largest Broker/​Realtor in North Carolina, and maintain top service ratings from our relocation partners.

In the spring of 2013, homes are selling, 4 of our last 5 listings sold in 30 days or less.

Terry M.

Business Owner

Terry began his professional life in new home sales while still in college (University of Maryland-​Business BS 1980) and has spent a lifetime in professional sales and marketing. He has always been a closet «techie» and has worked to stay on the leading edge of technology.

Working with both individuals and businesses, he has earned his living teaching and training sales people, designing everything from the individual sales presentation, to marketing strategies for small to mid sized companies. A serial entrepreneur, Terry enjoys the creative process found in real estate, exploiting new opportunities on the Internet, and the ongoing challenge of bringing home buyers and sellers together.

Terry has represented physicians, business owners, top executives and athletes, and plenty of first home buyers.

He is bringing the power of the Internet to real estate sellers and buyers in a big way in the Charlotte area.
