When did no customer service become an industry standard? I just walked out of the Loft outlet and will not be back. If it weren’t for a good sale on camisoles I wouldn’t have purchased anything. Although there were plenty of staff, no one greeted me or asked if they could help with anything. I also didn’t see them helping anyone else in the store. When I said I wouldn’t be back after the cashier(who was turned towards me when I walked up but was too busy hanging sweaters to notice I was ready) asked if I wanted to sign up for a credit card, she didn’t ask why or say anything in response. I don’t demand a lot of attention but anything would have nice! I can find it elsewhere & won’t be back.
