I took my 85 lbs dog, Bryson, for a nail clip. Bob, the owner, told me I could get him clipped while I waited. I thought that was great since I couldn’t do that so easily at Petsmart. They took great care in clipping Bryson’s nails! They were fast and efficient, and Bryson loved his treat afterwards. I had such a great time talking to Bob and the groomers. I will definitely be back again! :)

Don’t take your dog there. I have a Shih Tzu puppy. When we bought him from a litter he had flees. We took him to be flee dipped here immediately and later found out he had to be re dipped because we still saw flees. Took him back just a day or two later to get rid of the flees, they charged us again when they told my boyfriend they’d do it for free. I picked the puppy up not realizing the arrangement, so they took advantage of me. Needless to say, that didn’t work and he had become infested with flees per the vet and got rx for him. Tried to give them another chance so we take the puppy back for standard grooming service ie bath, anal gland, ear cleanse. I asked for a puppy cut which is a low hair scissor cut not with clippers because he was still less than 6 mos old. When the bf went to pick my dog up his hair had been completely removed with clippers and he was bald and it was not even. He looked like a poor abandoned dog. I was pissed! Although my dog is still adorable and cuddly the texture of his hair has been ruined because of them. On top of that when I took the puppy for his series of puppy shots a few days later at the vet, they had to remove hair from his ear that should have been done at the groomers. We paid $ 45 friggin dollars. I was pissed again. If you have a dog grooming business you should know the needs of the various breeds that enter your business. My bf said all the dog’s hair was skinned off when he picked our dog up. I had a Pomeranian with way more hair than this dog. I have never seen such poor quality work. Seems they only know how to do one cut and that’s a buzz cut and the cut is jagged at that. I could go on and on. I have not gone back nor did I waste my breath on telling them how pissed I was and still am. If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. I beg you not to take your dogs there. Petsmart Northlake has an excellent grooming service. Go there!
