Intense Training, LLC is a high-​level basketball training company that specializes in teaching and expanding the offensive and defensive games of basketball players who have the desire to improve and prosper.

History

Established in 2014.

Intense Training, LLC began in October of 2014. The Owner/​Founder, Hasan A. Ahad was initially training Professional basketball players who currently play abroad. Hasan decided to expand his knowledge of the game by working with the Youth and properly instilling sound fundamentals and strong work ethics for the success of each and every player.

Business Owner

Hasan A. Ahad, formerly known as Manny Casey, grew up in Oakland, California playing organized basketball at 8yrs old. As a child Hasan excelled in baseball and basketball but decided to pursue basketball from adolescent to adulthood.

He lettered 3yrs of Varsity basketball and his senior year he was a teammate of future Hall of Famer Jason Kidd.

Hasan was a standout Jr. College player at San José City which enabled him to play ball at Western Oregon University.

From hard work and dedication, Hasan played 6yrs of Professional Basketball overseas.

During his Rookie season, he lead his team Bank of Taipei, Taiwan to their 1^st ever Championship.

He also played in Lebanon, Mexico the states and against the Iranian National team.

In 1999 he was in Mini-​camp with the Golden State Warriors.

In 2007, Hasan started training athletes in the Bay area and then later moved to Charlotte, NC where he trained and placed ballplayers overseas. He did this with the help of his Jr. College teammate
