As CEO of Integra Staffing & Bankston Partners, A. Michelle Fish brings an extraordinary track record of professional experience in the staffing and executive search industry coupled with hands-​on knowledge of the recruitment, hiring, and staffing process and the challenges businesses face in establishing, motivating, and retaining an effective and productive workforce.

In 2009 she achieved her goal of founding a non-​profit organization, The Diversity Forum, that connects business leaders to exchange ideas on how diversity and inclusion in the workplace can spur innovation and create sustainable growth opportunities.

She is recognized as one of Charlotte’s leading small business owners, and her personal recognitions include the Charlotte Business Journal’s «Top 25 Women in Business» and «40 Under 40» recognitions; the Charlotte Business Leader’s «Mover & Shaker», «Women Extraordinaire», and «Top 50 Entrepreneur»; and the Mecklenburg Times «50 Most Influential Women in Charlotte.»
