The office is modern, yet comfortable. All of the rooms have great second floor window views, and are equipped with cable TV as well as Pandora music, so it is easy to relax there — the way that *you* want.

She opened her own office in 2012, with the mission of providing you and your entire family with the dental care you deserve, in a relaxing and friendly environment.
Imagine Dentistry is located in the Arboretum, but serves all of the south Charlotte area.

Business Owner
Dr. Ann Blaine Coambs is a friendly, outgoing dentist who calls Nebraska her original home. She completed her undergraduate studies at Rice University in Houston, Texas, then completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Texas School of Dentistry in Houston in 2005. Dr. Coambs then entered a general practice residency program at Carolinas Medical Center hospital to further her dental training, and Charlotte has now been her home for over 10 years.
Dr. Coambs is a member of a local dental study club, the American Dental Association, North Carolina Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
In 2012, Dr. Coambs earned the prestigious Fellowship Award from the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD designation), signifying her commitment to ongoing dental education. Recently, Dr. Coambs has pursued advanced training at The Dawson Academy to address and help alleviate her patients’ TMJ pain and bite problems.
