Hollywood Tans

Shame on me, I’ve been tanning. I came here once for some quick color, and had a not-​so-​great experience. The girl behind the counter was less than helpful, and had sort of an «I don’t really care» attitude. She cheerfully informed me that I will go blind without goggles, and walked me over to a stand up after I repeatedly said I’d wanted a lay down bed. Once we got that cleared up, and I shot her down for trying to sell me everything under the (artificial) sun, the door was locked and I was getting ready to go. The bed I was in had one of those special face tanners, which were three panels going across with separate types of bulbs. 5 minutes into the tan, the left set of bulbs burnt out. I stuck it out for a minute or so trying to rotate my face like an oscillating fan so I don’t get that wierd and uneven face tan, but gave up and hopped out. $ 17 wasted, I walked out pasty.
