HM Properties is a full-​service residential real estate firm licensed in North and South Carolina, and serves the Charlotte region including upstate South Carolina. We also specialize in corporate relocation referrals from individual, corporations and relocation companies.

HM Properties has quickly become one of the leading real estate companies in the Charlotte metro region. Our office is centrally located in the SouthPark are with over 60 brokers and nine full-​time employees, including in-​house Relocation and Marketing departments.

Meet the Business Owner

Valerie M.

Business Owner

Valerie was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and spent most of her childhood in New Jersey before relocating to North Carolina in 1986. She graduated with honors from UNC Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts in English. Prior to her real estate career she owned a company called TextWorks which provided documentation and training materials for the banking industry. She sold this company in 1998, embarked on her career in real estate and quickly became a consistent Top Producer.

In August 2006, Valerie decided to turn her dream of owning her own real estate company into a reality and founded HM Properties. The company began as a small boutique agency with six agents and has grown to be an award-​winning real estate agency with over 60 agents and nine full-​time staff. It is located off Fairview Road in the heart of SouthPark.
