The person at the counter seemed to be put-​out that she had to wait on me. I know that it’s not the most exciting job in the world, but she should quit if it makes her that unhapppy.

I usually love Hertz but this one only gets two stars because, out of the three times I’ve had an appointment, all three times there’s either no one at the desk at all, or they show up twenty minutes late. I always have to call to get a hold of someone. It’s really annoying when you make an appointment and show up on time and they’re not there and there’s obviously nothing else going on. And hanging out in the Doubletree parking lot fending off security guards isn’t exactly fun.
