History

Established in 1983.

Dr. Thomas Arkle originally opened his orthodontic office in 1983 in East Charlotte and the University Area. In 2004, Dr. Christopher Harris joined his practice and Arkle & Harris Orthodontics was formed. Dr. Arkle retired from Arkle & Harris Orthodontics in 2015. We are known for our high level of customer service and attention to detail. You will not find a more hospitable environment!

Dr. Christopher Harris is a native of Charlotte, NC and a graduate of Independence High School. He attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill earning a degree in Biology. He continued his studies in Chapel Hill receiving his dental degree and specialty training in Orthodontics. During his time in Chapel Hill, he was awared several accolades acknowledging his profeciency in dentistry and dedication to the profession. He is certified by the American Board of Orthodontics, an honor for which only 20% of orthodontists achieve.
