I’m writing this review because I noticed that it’s easy to write about a restaurant experience but we get hesitant to write about other types of experiences and I think doctors visits are very important but more important to go to the right one and someone that is really going to take care of you and not jack you up. So here we go… From the initial scheduling the appointment on the phone to the actual appointment, everyone was kind and seemed to have a genuine interest in my visit. Even though there was 1 technician that was overly nice, almost getting to the weird side, but I think she was just trying to make sure I was comfortable at least that is what I told myself. Since this was my 1st visit with them and getting a mammogram they asked a good bit of questions, which was great. You need to ask the questions in order to know your patient. The visit itself was fast. They took me at my scheduled time, explained thoroughly how the whole process was going to work. During the mammogram you are allowed to keep the gown on, HUGE plus for me. The mammogram was yes uncomfortable at times but not painful. Some of the positions that you have to do to take the images are weird, I felt like I was playing a new version of ‘twister’ but only with my upper body. Once the testing was done, so was the discomfort and my fancy twister moves. It’s not a place I want to rush back to before my scheduled time, but early detection is key. So, since it has to be done why not go to the best.
