Businesses– We are utilized for short term recruiting efforts and to evaluate process and strategies regarding the recruiting efforts.
Job Seekers– We work with editing resumes and will soon be rolling out an online program to build a career search strategy.

Established in 2009.
Originally started as TAC Services, Frietch Consulting Group began during the economic recession in 2008. Its purpose was to educate job seekers on how to network for a job.

Business Owner
Talent acquisition professional with an experience in being a tenacious sourcer, persistent networker, obsessive organizer and company ambassador while conducting direct sourcing and full life-cycle recruiting. I have worked in a variety of industries (financial services, telecommunications, industrial/engineering, and digital media) recruiting for a variety of positions (legal, marketing/advertising, sales, engineers, accounting/finance, etc). I have worked with small start-ups as well as Fortune 50 companies to assist in their hiring needs. I have extensive experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Virtual Edge (VE), Brassring, Taleo, and others.
I have a passion for exploring new techniques for sourcing and building relationships that one senior level executive has said keeps me ahead of the curve. I work diligently to make sure companies I work for become leaders in their field for talent acquisition.
