Pretty standard Food Lion with 1980’s suburban strip mall written all over it. I had to give it an extra star (should be 3) because at least some of the workers there are extremely nice. I just moved to Charlotte so I had to pick up my Food Lion MVP card and the guy who helped me was nice, he even told me I can hand it the info later or just not at all. Then I picked up some birthday PBR’s and he opened up another aisle so I wouldn’t have to wait to check out. Very nice service and hope it’s true of their other employees. Not a huge selection in the produce area, perhaps this is a southern thing or something, but the produce area always seems to be smaller than anything I’ve seen elsewhere.
