A great place for people of all ages to have some fun. Staff is excellent. Their gravity fit classes are AWESOME

fun for the family and a really great experience I really like how it’s fast pace and a lot of fun with friends also all the things there is to do makes it even better it has much more to do then sky high does

My kids had a blast and I was pretty happy with how clean it was. Decent prices and friendly staff, will definitely return.

Took three kids, 3 (boy), 5 (girl), and 10 (boy) years old this morning for the kids jump at 9am and they had a blast!
The place was clean, had plenty of friendly staff and the facilities were new and plentiful. No lines, no waiting just open play the entire time. The registration process was also quick which we did there (although I would suggest the doing this online before hand).
We chose this place because they had a special jump time from 9am-​10am for kids 6 yrs old and under which turned out to be perfect for the little ones. They were able to jump and climb on everything with ease and confidence. They love Ninja Warrior so the fact that there was a Ninja Warrior like course that even they could try was absolutely thrilling.
Once the big kids were allowed to come in the place did get more populated but not so much that it became unsafe for the little ones who stayed to play. They also had a small section for just the little kids that stays open which was nice. They also do not allow too many kids to enter the place at once so I would suggest calling ahead or getting there early as I saw some people having to wait to enter. Additionally, there were plenty of areas to rest and sit for parents/​guardians.
We didn’t feel the need to rent any lockers as they had plenty of cubbies and we only had shoes and other non valuables to store. The only thing I would improve on is that they do not allow outside food in the place. They have a few vending machines with drinks and chips but I see no reason why they shouldn’t allow people to bring in at least their own water bottles and snacks to be eaten outside of the arena.
Overall it was a great experience for all ages!

Id give you 10 stars if i could. I saw it was their 1 year anniversary at this location! Congrats. These employees tho. .they enjoy their job and it shows. From the ladies at check in to the jump assistants (dont know what their title is officially) id trust these guys to babysit. thats the highest compliment i can make. Place is super clean btw. Whatever your doing its working. Awesome place.

This place is awesome, I started the gravity got classes three weeks ago and they are awesome. The instructors are great and it’s really at your own pace.

Love the facility. Love the various activities. Beautiful place! Fun activities! But Customer service makes it horrible. I had a group come in. First problem: they quoted a price over the phone and then it was higher once I came in. Second problem: since I reserved a number of people, the facility didn’t communicate that there needs to be one way to pay. Causing us to miss out on jumping time trying to figure it all out. Third problem: the manager showed no sympathy and took no responsibility for the miscommunication errors on their behalf. Fourth problem: we had less than 40 minutes to jump even though everyone paid for one hour
On top of that more time was wasted because (I filled out a waiver prior to coming so that we wouldn’t waste any of our jumping time. We even received a confirmation email) they couldn’t find our waiver in the system meaning it cut into our jumping time in addition to their other hiccups.

Best trampoline place we have been to. During the day while the older kids are in school, it is mostly toddlers/​preschoolers, and they have parent jumps free in the morning. There is hardly anyone there, and my 3 year old loves it. The staff is always nice and interactive with us. The foam blocks in the obstacles course area are nice and new, and the trampolines look tighter and more safe dare I say, than some of the older venues. This is one of our favorite places to go to.

We went for the first time today with my two boys ages 8 and 4. We loved it! Staff was wonderfully friendly and so attentive. If they had to correct a child, they did it nicely and calmly. So much to do — tons of obstacles with foam pits, trampolines, basketball nets, dodgeball games… We loved it and will be back.

Came here for valentines day and had a blast! Same price as going to see a movie but a lot more fun! We will definitely be back.

My kids go almost every single weekend. We live in and Huntersville and now they are starting to bring all their friends with them. They LOVE it and can spend hours there. We are going today. My son is having his 8^th birthday party there next weekend. I jumped once and had a blast! Normally I just sit and chill, Update: the staff is becoming very unorganized. the dates and times on the website don’t match the real dates and time and you can NEVEr get a live voice on the phone. They have stars for points for free jumps but you have to call ahead to use your stars because you can’t do it on the computer, thing about thetas no one answers the phone and they won’t let you claim your stars there so what’s the point. Loved it at first now the staff is being sloppy and it’s annoying as it’s not an isolated incident so I will change my review to 4 stars, my son does love going there though.

I love this place! Between learning Parkour and gymnastics, it’s my #1 location for learning all my new tricks and flips. They have a super friendly staff, it’s very safe, and there’s so much to do.
They have a huge floor of trampolines, a Dodgeball Arena, and Basketball Hoops. Also, they have more then just trampolines, they have a Jacob’s Ladder and Slack Lining, both over a huge Foam Pit, and coming soon is their Ultimate Ninja Course.
It is also very kid-​friendly. The have specific times just for children and an area for kids 6 and under open throughout the day for those kids and their parents.
I will definitely be going back soon! 5 stars all the way!
