Had some «all meat BBQ» here from the custom brew pub tasting event. The BBQ was superb and Dan was very friendly. It must take a lot of patience to deal with a ton of drunk people but this food tuck was awesome and hit the spot.
The had a couple of items on their menu but Dan was willing to customize the experience for brew pub goers and did a special plate that just had all meats.
Hoping to run into this food truck around town more times to continue to have this delcious pulled pork and ribs.
