Curiosi-T Screen Printing

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! Was looking to have some shirts made for my flag football team and this was my first stop due to the favorable Unilocal reviews, which had to be planted because many of them have only reviewed a few places. Came by on a Tuesday around 5:00.
First thing’s first. This «business» is located in the corner of an auto mechanic’s shop. With a steel door and no hours on the door or windows, it wasn’t clear whether this place was out of business completely or just closed for now. I call the number on the overhead sign and a guy picks up, informing me that they were closed, but they would be open from 8 – 4:30 Wednesday,
Because I work, I went back Wednesday at 4:00. Same thing. Door locked. Called the number. The same guy, Daniel, answers the phone. I tell him I’m outside. He informs me that they were closed and left around 3. So I reminded him that he told me 4:30 the day before. Then he gets a NASTY attitude, that was completely uncalled for, and tells me «Let’s settle this right now. I’m sure I told you 4:00. You must’ve heard wrong. We are a small business and only stay open as needed. So if you have a problem…» CLICK! I hung up the phone.
I wasn’t about to listen to this JERK (putting it nicely) talk to me like he was crazy. He was rude and obviously has no business acumen. Daniel runs a small business and it will certainly continue to remain small with his attitude. Never experienced such awful customer service in my life. Take your business elsewhere.

Daniel and the staff at Curiosi-​t are so great! Super friendly and so helpful, I always receive my orders on time or even early! On top of great customer service and super pricing, their skills are top notch and consistent! Love working with them and will continue to come back!

Daniel is great! He was able to make me 1 shirt for my daughter in 1 day. I so appreciate the quick service. Next time I need a shirt or many shirts, I’ll be back to Curiosi-​T!

These guys were very friendly and helpful, and the shirts turned out great. You probably won’t find a better option for screen printing in Charlotte.

It’s my sons first year in college and he’s a football player. So what does that mean… WE NEED T-​SHIRTS TO SHOW SUPPORT!!! I was visiting a nearby venue and happen to see their company sign by the highway. I called with many questions and they were prepared with all my answers! After visiting their office, I realized they were super busy but still delivered excellent service! They treated me as if we were «friends»!! I couldn’t do anything but hug them once I returned pick up day… FURMAN’S DIRTY THIRTY CREW tees and hoodies are ready to be put on display!!! (IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR A GREAT DEAL ON PRICELESS MOMENT TEES… THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!)

Daniel came through on a last minute project ahead of schedule and saved the day! He took the time to offer the best customer service (from the first point of contact) until the end. Even though they were obviously slammed, I felt that I was the only customer. Thanks a bunch! TS

Daniel did a great job on our volunteer shirts for an upcoming tech conference this week! He not only beat out every other screen printer in price but delivered the shirts fast and they look EXCELLENT! I highly recommend him!
