Cranfield Academy offers education-​based child care for children ages 6 weeks — 12 years.

We offer: Unique, developmentally appropriate curriculum; enrichment programs; nutritious meals and snacks; focus on fitness and play; and loving, highly trained teachers.

Specific programs include: Infants, Toddlers, Early Preschool, Preschool, Transitional Kindergarten.

History

Established in 2010.

Cranfield Academy was founded by Todd and Laura Pace with the vision of providing child care that not only provided a safe, warm environment but nurtured children’s emotional, cognitive and social development.

Meet the Manager

Kelly and Victoria B.

Manager

Kelly Thrasher, Co-​Director

Kelly Thrasher has over 10 years of experience in early childhood education and spent a number of years as a preschool teacher before moving into an administrative role. Kelly has a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice as well as a Child Development Associate Credential and the North Carolina Early Childhood Credential. She is qualified as a Level III Administrator in the state of North Carolina. Kelly has extensive knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice and curriculum.

Victoria Blaylock, Co-​Director

Victoria Blaylock graduated from the University of North Carolina with her bachelor’s degree in psychology and minor in child and family development. She is qualified as a Level III Administrator in the state of North Carolina. Victoria’s goal for her students is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children where they can gain confidence in themselves and the world around them.
