Classic Soft Trim

Wanted to post my experience so far and will follow up once the job is done. Jocque and Steven have been exceptional and focus on top notch customer service. The Dodge dealership where my father purchased his car had nothing but great things to say about Classic Soft Trim (CST) and their staff. After my father burned a hole in his seat we knew that leather seats are the only option to keep him from setting the car on fire (smoker :-/​), after receiving the referral to CST we placed a call and spoke with both Steven and Jocque. Both are very helpful and listened to exactly what we were looking for without trying push anything extra on us. I visited the shop, the place is well organized, clean and all the staff are professional and actively engaged on the vehicles located inside the building. No one was just standing around! After seeing the business I decided to also order tvs for the headrests and a sunroof package.
I have visited a lot of shops from one coast to the other… I have not seen any place this well organized and the employees taking pride in upgrading the cars as what I witnessed at CST. I can only imagine how well the car will look when finished, once complete I will include before and after pictures. I am positive that anyone that uses this shop will be equally impressed!
