Calvary Child Development Center

Two grandchildren have been attending over the last three years. This is an outstanding, quality school and development center rich in personalized teaching and activities.
Class sizes are around 12 children and there are two teachers. The classrooms are sized for the ages of children, are clean and very well equipped. Parents drop off in the morning and each child is logged into a computer as well as with face-​to-​face teacher contact.
Sessions are 5 days a week or three days a week and we presently have a five year old going 5 days and a 2.5 year old on the three week schedule. Children bring their lunches which are consumed in the classroom and the sessions end at 1pm.
Parents pick up the children and log them off of the computer system.
Yes, this is a Christian school, so Bible stories are use to teach as well as to theme art work and other activities. At the end of each day the children leave with a printed summary of what they did activity wise, and which Biblical references were used. The children also take with them any art project they completed.
Teachers are superb. The children love them back and there are no tears about going to school, just the opposite.
We have been very pleased and even see behavior changes in the grandchildren from the stand point of please and thank-​you, how they relate to other children and to adults.
