Worse place to take your car too, everyone seems all nice who works there but never get your car worked on.
I took my car there to get a brake line fixed that had busted, well the mechanic who replaced it did not do it how it should be. Resulting in the new brake line to burst months later, due to poor judgement on installing the new one.
They charged me $ 150 to get it fixed when I replaced the new one with my step dad for only $ 14

I have to disagree with the review here. Cotswold BP is an excellent service station. They have always done good work for half the price of the dealer service departments. There are very few full service stations left and we are fans of Cotswold BP for both routine and complex service. They stand behind the work.

Very expensive! Had my truck bed’s gate stuck closed. he quoted me $ 55 to fix/​open it. I went to the Ford dealership on Indendence Bv after and the mechanic there sold me the part I needed, and showed me the screws to remove to fix myself. Cost=$ 6.75…seriously.

I’ve taken my car to Ron at the Cotswold BP for the past 7 years. He and his staff are always easy to work with and honest and up front. One time, I thought I had a ruined tire, and they said the seal had just been blown. They put air in it and sent me on my way — free of charge. A less honest business could have easily gotten me for a new $ 150 tire and I wouldn’t have known the difference. They are great for all basic repairs.

Terrible customer service. I just moved to Charlotte from Florida and my car was overheating; not knowing anybody here I decided to use their car repair services and the owner quoted me double than what I researched online for an average price for that type of work; when I asked him to help me with the price he got pissed off at me and asked to take my car elsewhere!
