History

Established in 2001.

We opened shop to provide companies in the Carolinas with the right mix of effective marketing and advertising strategy, impactful branding, and eye-​catching design. From our office in downtown Charlotte, bg’s designers and writers have all the sunlight, candy, and carbonated beverages they need to create powerful and cohesive communications for any company’s marketing efforts.

Business Owner

Leslie (birdsong) Kraemer, Creative Director/​Partner, guides every aspect of the bg creative process. Thanks to her 15+ years of experience in various design media and industries, Leslie understands the true potential of any company’s brand — and is good at helping our clients get there.

Jim (gregory) Cusson, Brand Strategist/​Partner, insures all projects begin with a well-​founded strategy and end at the intended objectives. Jim has worked on both sides of the the client/​agency relationship. He also has two ears, one mouth, and uses them in the appropriate ratio.
