This is my favorite Auto Bell in Charlotte! I always get in and out! I can not ask for anything else… it’s like a hidden treasure! The staff is great and pleasant, no matter how hot it is outside! My car is always clean and shining bright after every wash! 2 thumbs up!

This location is by far the best in Charlotte! I have visited many of the Charlotte locations, and have found the service is very mixed. When I visit this location I never need a touch up or anything redone. The manager (Quan) is very thorough and really stands by with his associates. Other locations the manager is missing or hiding in a office, here NO WAY. I am always out in about 15 minutes tops and always satisfied with a smile.

This one is less busy than others — but the service is reallllllllllllllly slow for what you get. Don’t expect perfection for your twenty bucks but if you are in need of a wash this will do. Keep an eye on your valuables.
