History

Established in 2012.

Formerly known as Ice Sensations by: Gary Ross, Artisan Ice Sculptures is a NEW and improved business backed with amazing talent such as business owner Travis Dale a highly accomplished Chef. Travis has been creating ice sculptures since 1995. In 2003 Travis became the fourth Certified Master Ice Carver (CMIC) in the United States. Today he remains the only one in the South Eastern United States.

A highly accomplished Chef, Travis has spent over 20 years in some of the nation’s top country and yacht clubs. Travis has been creating ice sculptures since 1995. Travis apprenticed and worked for many years learning to master the craft under the watchful eyes of his mentors. Today he remains the only one in the South Eastern United States. He believes the process of learning should never stop and passing on the skills of the trade to the next generation is essential for our profession to prosper.
