Marcela M.

Business Owner

Dr. Mujica is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Academy, the North Carolina Dental Society, the North Carolina Academy of Pediatric Dentists and is also a board candidate for the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Her research has been published on the subject of chemotherapy effects on tooth enamel for which she is a recipient of the 2014 3M ESPE Healthy Smiles, Healthy Children research fellowship grant.

She truly believes that a pediatric dentist can positively affect a child’s life by introducing good oral hygiene at an early age, along with preventing tooth decay which can be difficult to address later in life. Children thrive when they have a great oral health foundation.
