I don’t care if you’ve never been to a gym in your life, or if you’re an olympic athlete — at ATC, you will get a workout that challenges you from start to finish, no matter what your skill level. Cyrus, the owner of the gym, has years and years of experience as a personal trainer, and as a competitive Kettlebell trainer. You’ll get a good, honest, hard workout from him every single time you walk in the door. The group fitness classes are intimate and motivating, and you’ll be trained thoroughly on how to lift Kettlebells, so that you don’t hurt yourself. If you’ve got a competitive personality, this is a great gym for you! Many of ATC’s athletes have gone on to be extremely competitive in the world of Kettlebellsport — even a few taking titles at competitions locally, nationally, and internationally! If you’re NOT the competitive type, you’ll still love it here — you will find yourself working harder than you ever have before, and you’ll train and tone muscle groups you never even knew you had. Trust me — there’s plenty to keep going back for.

Without a doubt the most challenging workouts I’ve ever done. I started slightly over a year ago and have lost 15 pounds and can do PULLUPS –something I’ve never been able to do before. I am 44 with 2 young children and a full time job and decided it was time to get in shape and ATC has given me results that people compliment me on.
