We are a smoke house that makes most everything from scratch. Hands down we have the best breakfast in Charlevoix! We feature our smoked foods in our brisket hash and pulled pork omelet for breakfast and slices of brisket, brisket sandwich, pulled pork sandwich and smoked chicken salad sandwich for lunch. If you don’t like smoked foods, we have plenty of non-​smoked food options that are equally delicious. We also have several vegetarian options. During the off season we serve breakfast all day. We are always making changes to our menu to make things more interesting for you and us!

History

Established in 2014.

My husband is a Charlevoix native and we moved here in 2011 with the dream of opening our own restaurant. Two years to the day we moved here, we signed the papers on the restaurant. We opened on May 23, 2014, just in time for the busy season. I love cooking really good food made with love from scratch and I wanted to share this with the natives of Charlevoix and all of the tourists and summer people that come here to enjoy our beautiful town.

I started smoking foods on my Weber grill over 20 years ago. About 14 years ago, I became we and we bought a small smoker for our enjoyment. After we moved to Charlevoix, we searched and searched for a large smoker near us to no avail. We found one down and Athens, GA and made the road trip to pick her up. She is located right outside the restaurant and draws people in with her amazing smells. I am a self-​taught cook and absolutely love what I am doing!
