The location seemed clean enough and staff nice enough when we toured the Bright Horizons in Charlestown. But after putting down our $ 100 deposit to get on the waitlist (about 7 months in advance for infant room), we barely heard anything again. Only heard something if my wife called. It didn’t matter as we decided to go with a nanny, but they never even called us to tell us there wasn’t a spot available there or to talk about availability at the other locations. Not good.
