We started using Blue Nile for our corporate account and travel, but it has turned a service we use personally as well. The staff is amazing — always punctual, friendly and safe. We have never had to wait for their drivers, who are always professional. The cars and SUVs are well-​appointed, luxurious and immaculate. Booking a trip is easy, either online or via telephone. Blue Nile has helped fill our travel needs, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs efficient, reliable, friendly and professional ground transport.

Nebyou and Blue Nile Livery were outstanding! I have never booked a car service for a ride to and from the airport and had some serious nerves about whether they would show up and also what kind of car would they be driving. I was pleasantly surprised! Nebyou showed up 20 minutes before the appointment time and sent me a text to say he was there and there was no rush. He arrived in a gorgeous extremely clean black Suburban– he loaded ALL of our luggage and we had a ton considering we were traveling with a 20 month old. He was friendly and thankful to us for using him and his business. He also picked us up from the airport and he was right on time which was great considering our flight was 35 minutes early! I hope everyone gives him a chance and spreads the word about this company. I will definitely be using him again and will spread the word to anyone looking for a car service! Thank you Nebyou!

Needed a lift from Framingham to Logan last minute. Was referred to BNL and could not have been more pleased!
The driver came 15 minutes early and waited patiently until I was ready. He had water bottles for me in a sweet blacked out SUV that was spotless on the inside.
Needless to say the driver is an ex marine so I felt safe and even happier to help out our troops.
Will definitely use BNL next time!
