Manager
Ben comes from a long line of entrepreneurs. His grandparents ran successful small businesses and the next generation followed suit. Ben understands the importance of hard work and customer satisfaction and prides himself on his dedication to paying careful attention to his clients’ needs. «I bring passion, excitement and dedication to my clients and the Rhode Island real estate market,» says Scungio. «I look forward to deepening the firm’s commitment to the community and working with a first rate sales force to meet the needs of our clients in Providence and the East Bay.» Ben is a member of the Greater Providence Board of REALTORS® Circle of Sales Excellence 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015, and has been awarded the Five Star Real Estate Agent designation in 2013, 2014, and 2015. Ben attended Rhode Island College, and is married to Ashley, an executive sous chef at Easy Entertaining in Providence. He is a passionate golfer and avid runner.
