Wag Factory

I highly recommend the Wag Factory, for both Grooming AND Doggie Daycare. Riley (the canine) absolutely ADORES this place. I take her to daycare once a week and she literally shakes from wagging her tail so hard in excitement. But the best part — she comes home clean as a whistle and exhausted from partying so hard with her besties. Check out the Wagcam if you don’t believe me — party animals out the wazoo.
And what’s more — the grooming services at Wag Factory are superior to any other boarder/​doggie daycare out there. Riley struts home smelling of cupcakes with trimmed nails, clean ears, & a bandanna around her neck. (She knows she looks good)
So if you want to treat your pup to a day of Partying & Primping at a reasonable price, this is your spot. The Wag-​Staff is great and will be genuinely pleased to see another happy dog. #Wagfactory4lyfe

Me and my dog love this place! As soon as we pull in the parking lot, he can’t wait to get inside. He always comes home tired, which is a good thing, since he has lots of energy. You can tell the staff loves animals and they are always welcoming. I have found it to be a clean, safe environment for my pet. And the wag cams are a great idea. When I check in on him, he’s always enjoying himself. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to let their dog be social and have fun at the same time.

I’ve been with the Wag Factory since September, I’ve written one review already and I just wanted to write an update. Since my last review, they have impressed me with their superb customer service. My dog is huge and enjoys playing rough. I expressed my concern to them with the amount of daily dog intake and how it may effect my dog to play rougher or possibly become aggressive. They were incredibly receptive to putting Indy on a behavioral plan. I am also incredibly in love with the fact they will take dogs that are not old enough for doggie daycare and have them one-​on-​one in the front AND they promote local foster parents! I don’t have a dog that stays up front but as a local foster parent to a dog that gives me some promising hope and it just shows you how much love they are willing to give to animals and their community outreach. As it still concerns me with the amount of dogs they are willing to take daily, it does mean the world to me that they take the time to listen to me and what I want for the best of my dog’s development. Indy is always tired when he gets home and he gets to play with his brothers and sisters there too. We were able to find nearly all of the litter through Wag Factory! It’s great to know that he is being taken care of, having fun, and he is with truly good, humane people.

Wag factory is great. Whether you’re just dropping off for a few hours or the entire day, it doesn’t get much better than the doggie daycare. Dogs are supervised and get to play/​socialize with a lot of other dogs. And, you won’t leave with your clothes smelling like a typical dog place… a great added bonus.

I was searching the Internet for hours after my dog was diagnosed with kennel cough from his last daycare. I found the Wag Factory and decided to give it a try and I am very impressed! Every morning my dog watches me get ready for work and waits by the door, wagging his tail. When I take him outside he immediately tries to find my car because he knows it’s doggie daycare time! When I pick him up he is always tired and wagging his tail.

We love the wag factory. The staff is friendly the place is clean and my dog loves to go. She doesn’t even care that I’m leaving which makes me feel great about leaving her. I love that they have the wag cams that I can check in on her while I’m out of town. I can usually get her a reservation even last minute. They are reasonably priced for boarding but I think their grooming is a little high. All in all the wag factory is a great place and I’m completely satisfied. they really care about my dog and even remember her name.

This place is absolutely amazing. I have been to a couple different daycares in the area and none of them are as impressive as the Wag Factory. Their new location is large and very accommodating for any type of dog. The staff is amazing and loves my dog just as much as I do and want to make sure she is taken care of and has a good time. Also, they are probably one of the more affordable daycares in the area. I pay at least $ 30 less a month here than at the other daycares I have been to. I won’t take my dog anywhere else. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I have used them multiple times before and they have taken very good care of my puppy, my puppy Jude and I are very satisfied with their care :)

We started taking our puppy to Wag Factory 2 weeks ago after a negative experience with our other doggy day care. We have been really happy being able to see her during the day, and she comes home «dog-tired.»…Sorry had to do it.
She stayed with Wag Factory for 4 days over the weekend while we were out of town for the weekend, and we came back to a happy and tuckered puppy. We are leaving here there more often now, and are happy to know she is at a good place all day.

Before even introducing herself, or speaking to our dog the receptionist tried to shove him in a kennel, terrifying our dog. Then had the audacity to ask what happens to him as if we had done something to make him frightend of cages. We do not recommend!

I bring my husky to daycare at Wag Factory 2 – 5 times a week. I have been bringing her here since she was a puppy (about 2 years) and have ALWAYS felt that she was in good hands.
The new facility is awesome, there is turf outside, which the dogs love, and it keeps my white dog clean! The indoor rooms are really spacious, and my husky loves laying on the cold floor after being outside in the heat. I am so happy they offer daycare on the weekends now too, I can drop her off on the way to Folly, and not have to worry about her while I am enjoying myself on the beach!
The kennel manager, Sam, is so knowledgeable about dogs (and cats), and I will sometimes ask her opinion on training or small issues I have with my pets. She didn’t hesitate at all when there was a conflict at the dog park one day, and took complete control of the situation, even though her dogs were not involved and there were at least 50 people standing around watching. I have complete faith in her and her team to take great care of my dog every single day.
I also have never had any issues with billing or grooming. In fact, they have always done a great job bathing and grooming my pup, and my bill has always been exactly what they said it would be.
I will never bring Daisy anywhere else! Wag Factory is our favorite daycare, and she always comes home exhausted!

My dog LOVES the wag factory! He gets so excited when I tell him that he’s going to «doggy daycare» that he jumps around and will run out of the house without eating his breakfast!
The staff is great and friendly. They are approachable and easy to deal with. My dog has only been for daycare, but our other dog has been for boarding and grooming, and never a bad experience.
The new facility is awesome and more convenient. The wag cams are a plus too.
My dog is like my child and he is spoiled rotten, I wouldn’t take him anywhere else!

Make sure to ask for an itemized bill when you pick up your dog– BEFORE they bring out your puppy. I’ve had multiple experiences here where my bill is very very wrong. The people working the desk have always been enough accommodating to fix it; however, I shouldn’t have to check behind them every time we visit. Not only is it awkward, but I just want to pay and take my dog home– not audit your books.
For example, I boarded two dogs for two nights together. Per their website their very largest room is $ 40/​night plus $ 10/​night to board two dogs in the same suite. However, when I picked up my dog I was told our bill was well over the $ 100 anticipated. At first when I asked for an itemized bill the man helping me check out couldn’t figure out how to do that. Apparently, we had been charged for day care for them for several days. There are a few problems with this, 1– One of my dogs isn’t allowed in day care, 2 — There is no day care on Saturday and Sunday, and 3– I didn’t ask for this. He fixed this problem, but then our rate for the suite was wrong as was the rate for sharing –and when we called to follow up about the wrong rate with the manager, we were told that they boarded for three nights, which was also wrong.
Other problems have included, charging for baths when they haven’t gotten baths or giving them baths when I’ve specifically asked that they not be bathed.
Overall, I think they take good care of the animals in their facility; however, the billing frustrations make me uncomfortable with this company. They could start improving their process by offering each customer an itemized receipt and ensuring that all of their employees have adequate training and knowledge of how to work their billing system. Once, I could give them a pass, but after three times, it seems like their either intentionally trying to take advantage of people who are distracted by their excited dogs or that they’re woefully negligent in maintaining the accuracy of their billing.
UPDATE: Wag Factory’s owners were very apologetic and wrote us a check for the overpayment. I no longer feel like they’re taking advantage of customers.
