Founder David Traywick is the firm’s managing partner: he deals in real estate litigation, investor’s rights, and consumer protection matters relating, among other matters, to fair credit reporting and fair debt collection practices. Partner Ben Traywick handles a variety of cases involving, among others: personal injury, tractor-​trailer accidents, construction defects, wrongful death, insurance bad faith and violation of the alcohol service laws. Assisted on all fronts by associate lawyer Meredith Ann Carter, the firm provides a broad range of services for people and businesses involved in disputes which involve or may involve a lawsuit.

Established by David Traywick, Attorney at Law in 2010, Traywick Law Offices, LLC was set up in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina in order to provide legal services to residents of Charleston County and its component cities.
