The Sarah Clifford Cottage is also an unattached house with 1000 sq. ft. including one bedroom with king sized bed, 2 full baths, a space with a desk and a comfortable living room and gourmet kitchen. The Cottage has one free off-street parking space, free high speed wifi, and HD Cable. The Cottage has a minimum stay of 30 days, a guest limit of 2 people, and the monthly price is $ 6000 including weekly housekeeping.

History
Established in 2014.
After a three year, extensive renovation the Sarah Clifford Guest House and the Sarah Clifford Cottage opened for business. The Sarah Clifford Guest House began accepting reservations in March 2014 and the Sarah Clifford Cottage began accepting reservations in September 2014. Since that time, we have been fortunate to have wonderful guests who have greatly enjoyed their stays in the two houses and made many new friends!

Ann and Fred have lived in the Main House at 28 Charlotte Street in the Historic District of downtown Charleston for more than 22 years. In 2010 they began a renovation of the two other houses on their property into two beautiful guest houses. The Main House was built in 1904 and its historic name is the «Sarah Clifford House.» Now Ann and Fred offer the Sarah Clifford Guest House and the Sarah Clifford Cottage for rental to visitors who are looking for luxurious accommodations in the ideal location in downtown Charleston.
