The hard drive in my laptop was dying and, of course, I had not backed up my files. After getting as far as I could backing up files on my own, I still had some pictures that could not be moved. Steve was great in remedying this problem! He was very friendly, very knowledgeable (he’s been working on computers for 40 years), quoted prices up front, kept in good communication about the problem and steps that could be taken to remedy it. He even told me next steps that could be taken if he couldn’t get the files off the hard drive, but luckily all he had to do was remove the hard drive, hook it up to his computer and transfer to an external drive. He even told me where to go to the best deal on an external hard drive. $ 150 later and my pictures are saved! I would definitely use Steve’s services again, but he may be retiring in a few months! He only accepts Visa and MasterCard for credit card payment.

The best place to go in charleston to get ur laptop repaired. Stand up guys and they took great care of me. I lost all my data on my old laptop when it died about a month ago. I bought a new computer and expected my backup service program to do its job and allow me to retrieve it again. This didn’t happen. After calling the backup service providers for a week or so and getting the run around I got fed up. I took my two comps to tech plus and they had it done for me in a few hours. The other places like L2 wanted almost twice as much money and they told me it would take a few days… Go to Tech Plus.
