Business Owner

Suzanne Goldston is a Registered Yoga & Meditation Teacher with over 15 years teaching experience & more than 800 hours of training. She is an expert at creating yoga practices that truly serve the body, mind & spirit while assisting you in reaching your goals.

Suzanne is also a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner specializing in Women’s Health and has studied with renowned teacher and Guru, Swamini Mayatitananda (Maya Tiwari), author of Women’s Power To Heal. In addition, she has completed David Frawley’s Ayurveda Life-​Style Consultant program and was mentored by Dr. Muktan Sullivan. Suzanne has also completed Becoming the Human Crystal training and has Primus Meditation Facilitator certification with Naisha Ashian.

Her passion is empowering others and assisting in more fully awakening them to the peace, love and joy that is within them.
