History
Established in 2011.
We’ve been a Charleston Farmers Market vendor for 2 years, starting our 3rd season April 12, 2014. We’ve catered events from large party takeouts to full service catering. RightOnQue owner and pitmaster was born and raised in Charleston and uses a family recipe from Hell-Hole Swamp for the original bbq sauce creations. He has had a love of cooking from his teenage years. He won first place in the rib category of the Ladson Pig Pickin’ competition and was hooked on smoking bbq the old-style way. With the help of a good friend, RightOnQue was established, and won the LowCountry Hoedown Fan Favorite Best Food award for 2012 and 2013. We enjoy cooking bbq and southern cuisine, and serving it to the Lowcountry locals and visitors.
